I know it's a phase, and I know it is almost certainly not going to last. But, today, I am unreasonably pleased to be hanging out with the spawn. For months now, his special interest has been animals old and new. Just recently I was treated to a musical rendition of evolution from the big bang to the Pleistocene.

But today, just for me, it's human anatomy.

Today, we are a family of organs, (not megatherium). I am the heart, MamaM is the lungs, the spawnlet is the ear bones (because they're the smallest) and he is the bladder.

He put together an anatomy puzzle twice.
