Slightly strange scenes with the spawn
I think that the spawn is equal parts adorable and unusual. I'm too tired to write much more, but here a few amusing moments from the past few days. If they don't make sense, enjoy the pics.
(while making supper)
LittleE: *whiney annoying noise*
MamaM "stand back from the oven, it's hot" (restrains toddler from approaching hot food)
LittleE: *more insistent whiney annoying noise*
MamaM: "Use. Your. Words. (please)".
LittleE: "You want to put your books in the oven.
----But she says no"
Look, sleeping machinery.
"Night night green pick up truck"
Short conversations with suburbanites at the high school science fair:
"Aw, she's cute, does she have a big sister in the fair"?
"Nope, but his other mommy is one of the judges".

...Waaaaait. So, I wandered here from Lesbianfamily.org? And I found veggie/AP/lesbian mums with a really cute kid! Weird, and also great! You don't know me from anywhere, but do you mind if maybe I hang around anyway?

I don't think i've ever specifically mentioned attachment parenting here, but i guess we're not exactly hiding it either. - at least partly because i think Sears has both a lot of sound ideas AND is more than a tad sexist and homophobic - so i sometimes have trouble with the label.
